Each of our facilities meet the highest construction standards and rigorous quality controls, with anti-earthquake structures. The Facilities include an office area, loading dock (capacity 3 containers), kitchen area, electric plant areas, bathrooms, insulation system to keep a comfortable temperature and all industrial security measures.

Currently we have an installed capacity of 3 plants, each one around 75,000 ft2 (7000m2).

Our newest plant was built only 1 year ago; with air conditioning system for the entire working floor and administration providing a clean and sealed environment, ideal for Light Manufacturing and/or Electronics.

All buildings can be adapted to your specific needs, like segmenting a 75,000 ft2 (7000m2) Plant into 21,520 ft2 (2,000m2) ones. We are flexible to any and all requirements. Our time frame to build 75,000 ft2 (7000m 2) plants is approximated. 5 month.
